Job Summary: The migration technician is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing operating system migration projects to Windows 11. They work closely with IT teams to ensure a smooth transition, minimizing disruptions for end-users.

Main Responsibilities:

Project Preparation:

• Analyze the existing infrastructure and identify migration needs.
• Plan migration steps based on the specifics of the environment.
• Create and maintain accurate project documentation.

Migration Execution:

• Perform compatibility tests and hardware assessments.
• Install and configure Windows 11 on company devices.
• Migrate data and applications while ensuring their integrity.

Post-Migration Support:

• Troubleshoot technical issues after the migration.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Document encountered issues and implemented solutions.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in operating system migration.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
• Project management skills.

Qualifications:
