We are looking for a talented : IT-Support (m/f/x)
Mac enthusiast, with excellent user service skills.
Your role
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Be the primary point of contact for Service Desk requests, across all departments.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of service requests, from acceptance to resolution, including reporting and communication, with a strong focus on ensuring complete user satisfaction.
- Purchase, prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user software and hardware.
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, including user, license, and permissions management.
- Train and support users with their applications and devices.
- Contribute to our knowledge base and documented procedures.
- Ensure that SLA targets are achieved, and contribute to the overall department performance.
Your profile
Applicants are expected to have the following requirements.
Must-have:
- A bachelor’s degree with an IT focus.
- Proven experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role.
- Solid experience working in a Mac environment (macOS and iOS).
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and its suite of applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Strong sense of rigor, autonomy, analytical thinking, and self-organization.
Nice to have:
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and network maintenance.
- Familiarity with ITSM and Jira ticketing tool.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL).
- Knowledge of one or more among the following will be a definite advantage: MDM tools (Jamf, Intune), Salesforce, Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP).
