JOB MISSION

The intern will support the valorisation and dissemination of studies and deliverables produced within the Interreg W.A.V.E. project, co-funded by the EU under the Interreg Greater Region 2021–2027 programme. The role focuses on off-site construction, timber construction and renovation, helping to extract key findings, produce summaries and contribute to project outputs intended for companies operating in these sectors.  


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Extract and synthesise key data from studies carried out as part of the Interreg W.A.V.E. project on off-site and timber construction 

  • Direct contribution to the activities of the Interreg WAVE project ;Summarise selected sections of project reports and research outputs for wider dissemination to companies 

  • Rework and refine existing texts to improve clarity, coherence and impact for target audiences 

  • Develop further analysis and reflections on specific themes arising from project findings 

  • Collection, consolidation and updating of information to support the development of visual communication materials with our MarCom Department.(infographics, factsheets, presentations)

  • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of project deliverables in line with Interreg reporting requirements 

  • Support administrative and transversal tasks related to the direct implementation of the project

  • Companies in Luxembourg's construction, timber and renovation sectors

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND AND SKILLS REQUIRED  

Education:

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in Architecture, Product Design, Engineering or Civil Engineering

Skills & competencies:

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to extract key insights from technical reports

  • Good written communication skills for producing clear, audience-oriented summaries

  • Knowledge of or interest in off-site construction, timber construction and renovation

  • Motivation to work on European collaborative projects 

  • Organised, autonomous and detail-oriented

Languages:

  • English – required 

  • French – required

  • German – an asset
