Our HR Department plays a vital role in fostering an exceptional talent experience, enabling our people to grow and succeed. Our HR team bridges the gap between HR strategy and implementation, adding value to our service line.
Our HR Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all people-related matters.
Your responsibilities
- As HR representative for the firm, you will be responsible for overseeing HR and talent management initiatives and strategies. This will involve close collaboration with the managing partner, the partners and the other managers.
- You will ensure that members of the firm are placed in the right roles at the right time to achieve the firm’s objectives while aligning with service line priorities.
- You will foster strong collaboration between the different teams and HR department to implement operational solutions that enhance employee retention and development. You will oversee competency management, career development, performance management, and the compensation process for the firm.
- You will drive the employee relations and ensure each employee receives annual performance objectives, meaningful feedback, and appropriate recognition and rewards. This includes managing the annual compensation review process in alignment with the firm’s policies and budget.
- You will support and coach the members of the firm to help them grow their engagement within their team.
- You will act as a change agent and apply relevant organization design expertise during business transformations.
- You will ensure the enforcement of corporate policies, practices, and the firm’s culture and maintain compliance with local labour laws, compensation and benefits regulations.
- As a business partner, you will advise the management committee on all strategic HR topics.
Your Skills
- Demonstrate 8+ years of experience in an HRBP or HR Manager role, in Luxembourg.
- Master’s degree in human resources or business administration.
- Trusted advisor for HR & ability to influence.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Business Acumen.
- Profound communication, convincing and advisory skills with the ability to influence business leaders.
- Ability to ‘get people on board’ and ensure necessary buy-in from partners.
- Self-starter attitude and a great learner.
- Strong organization skills and a rigorous approach.
- Fluent in English and French. Any other language is an asset.
