

Human Resources Manager (M/F)

Our nurseries and daycare centres offer a solid educational foundation for children aged 0 to 12, based on caring practices and positive teaching methods.
To contribute to its development and support our structures on a daily basis, Rockids is recruiting its future Human Resources Manager (M/F).
Your main tasks :
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be the HR liaison for the field teams and will primarily be involved in the following tasks:
Recruitment
Defining and anticipating recruitment needs/opportunities in coordination with the Human Resources Manager.
Managing the entire recruitment process, from validating needs to onboarding new employees.
Writing and posting job offers on the appropriate channels.
Conducting pre-qualification interviews with staff from our organisations and administrative follow-up of applications,
Supporting our managers in the team recruitment phases,
Forwarding the necessary information to the payroll provider for payroll preparation.
Administrative management of staff
Drafting employment contracts, amendments and all other administrative documents,
Creating and updating staff files,
Updating the HR database (working hours, absences, leave, etc.).
Managing absences (holidays, sick leave, etc.) and drafting documents for staff leaving the company (final pay statements, employment certificates, etc.).
Handling administrative relations with external organisations such as the CNS, CCSS, STM, AAA, etc.
Local HR
Acting as the main point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR issues.
Maintaining a healthy working environment through a hands-on approach and active listening.
HR projects and development
Participating in the development of recruitment and onboarding processes.
Contributing to the development of HR tools, procedures and practices.
Supporting employer branding and internal communication initiatives.
Required profile and qualities :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
Proven experience (at least 3 years) in a generalist HR position, ideally in a multi-site environment or in the services/early childhood sector.
Knowledge of Luxembourg labour law
Proficiency in office tools and HR software (Gesper Personnel is a plus).
You have designated worker training (ideally Group C) or are willing to undergo it.
You are independent and responsive.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, and your open-mindedness will enable you to work on cross-functional HR issues in coordination with all support services and structures.
You are trustworthy, thorough and reliable.
You are fluent in French and have very good writing skills. Knowledge of any other language (Luxembourgish, German, English) would be an additional asset.
