To support our team, we are currently looking for a:

German Speaker Capital Markets and Banking/ Regulatory Junior Lawyer

Key Responsibilities and Challenges

1. Participate in a range of tasks, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation;
2. Deliver a comprehensive range of legal services on all aspects of financial regulation;
3. Assist clients on complex structured finance transactions involving numerous participants and jurisdictions;
4. Liaise with leading institutions and colleagues across other jurisdictions.

Qualification and Skills

1. A European qualified (or soon to be qualified) lawyer with up to 2 years of experience and outstanding academic qualifications;
2. Fluent in written and spoken German and English. French, and/or Luxembourgish would be an asset;
3. Team player who is also capable of working independently;
4. Good drafting skills;
5. Client and solution oriented;
6. Excellent communication, writing and analytical skills.
