Description
- Process end-to-end payroll in compliance with Luxembourg tax and social security regulations.
- Manage benefits, leave, and tax adjustments accurately and reliably.
- Use Apsal and Payroll Engine to handle payroll data efficiently.
- Oversee a portfolio of small and medium-sized clients, providing day-to-day payroll support.
- Ensure timely monthly payroll processing and assist with complex or strategic cases.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage administrative tasks (affiliations, medical visits, meal vouchers).
- Coordinate with tax and social authorities during audits or inspections.
- Prepare, review, and validate monthly and financial payroll reports.
- Deliver a high-quality client experience through responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism.
Your profile
- Significant experience in a similar payroll or advisory role, ideally in a multicultural environment.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg social and tax legislation, applied accurately in daily payroll tasks.
- Fluent in German and French, with Luxembourgish as an additional asset.
- Proficient in payroll and office tools, including Office365, Salesforce, and Power BI, for efficient data management and accurate reporting.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and numerically skilled, with the ability to work independently and demonstrate resilience.
