Fund Administration Business Analyst – Transformation & Onboarding

Your day-to-day:

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into structured project documentation (PID)

  • Contribute to solution design in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders

  • Perform functional testing of new features and ensure proper change monitoring

  • Validate connectivity flows, including SWIFT-related components

  • Control and follow up on project changes, including reporting activities

  • Provide functional expertise on Fund Administration tools (multi-fund environments and related systems)

  • Support onboarding initiatives and ensure smooth integration of new processes

  • Identify risks and propose secure, scalable solutions

  • Organize and deliver training sessions related to system and process changes

  • Produce and maintain documentation (user guides, procedures, knowledge base)

  • Act as a bridge between business, IT, and operations throughout the project lifecycle

 

Your profile:

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in Fund Administration, ideally with a strong Business Analyst dimension

  • Solid understanding of fund accounting processes, including reporting

  • Proven experience with functional analysis, testing, and project delivery

  • Strong knowledge of FA environments and tools (multi-fund platforms and related ecosystems)

  • Familiarity with SWIFT, SFTP connectivity, and financial data flows

  • Experience with systems such as Multifonds, Intellimatch, or similar is a strong advantage

  • Ability to manage documentation, training, and knowledge sharing

  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on risk assessment and solution design

  • Comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

  • Fluent in French and English
