Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Financial Management team, your role focuses on four main pillars:

• Financial Controlling & Reporting: Prepare budgets, perform variance analysis, and produce monthly/quarterly financial reports.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic insights to support executive decision-making.

• Process Optimization: Actively contribute to improving financial steering tools and streamlining data workflows.

• Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to internal financial procedures and coordinate with external auditors.

Your Profile

• Experience: Previous experience within the industrial sector is highly desired.

• Technical Skills: Master’s degree in Finance or Audit, advanced proficiency in Excel, and ideally experience with an ERP (e.g., SAP).

• Languages: Full professional fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of French or German is considered an asset.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment.
