How will you contribute?
You will be mainly in charge of:
Reviewing and improving LIST quality policies and ensuring compliance with quality principles.
Designing quality management system compliant with ISO standards based on the certifications or accreditations expected by LIST: ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 17025.
Leading medium to large-scale certification and accreditation projects.
Identifying the components of LIST’s quality management system (purpose, scope, processes, governance bodies, modalities to review and update the system …) and designing tools and methods to support it.
Modelling, maintaining, and foreseeing the evolution of the cartography of domains/functions of LIST, as well as the cartography of processes.
Setting-up indicators to measure the performance of the quality system and ensuring their monitoring.
Identifying deviations from the quality policy and planning internal and external assessments. Defining improvement/corrective measures and ensuring the effectiveness of corrective actions.
Supporting the structuring of a functional area or unit by providing advice on process structuring, organization, and revision of governance documents (policies, charters, etc.).
Leading the architecture of workflows included in the quality portal and analyzing the impact of implementing new.
Leading internal projects to identify and implement improvement plans for functional areas or processes.
Reviewing, controlling and improving internal documentation for the quality management system (policies, procedures, work instructions, user guides, forms ..)

Education
Bachelor’s or master’s degree, in quality management / organization & management plus additional training (quality management, design of processes, quality improvement, process assessment)
Experience and skills
Preferred 6-7 years of experience, as QMO officer, within enterprises certified or accredited
Hard skills
Have implemented (or contributed to the implementation) of certified system (ISO 9001, ISO 27001) or have at least contributed as quality officer within the management of a certified system (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001)
Have successfully carried out the design and implementation of processes with a complete autonomy.
Have managed himself improvements opportunities
Have managed non-compliance or non-conformities and lead improvement action plans
Have performed quality internal audits / Quality assessments and monitors the effectiveness of resulting improvement action plans.
Have led internal improvement projects, defined work plans and priorities, and have a good knowledge of project management.
Know how to evaluate the performance of a management system by implementing indicators, ensures monitoring, and follows up on anomalies and incidents.
Have implemented or used advanced IT tools to manage quality management system (workflow management systems, documentation management, publishing tools, management of non-conformities, management of quality audits data …)
Have developed (or at least participated to) satisfaction surveys for quality management systems, for internal and external stakeholders.
Conducted management reviews.
Soft skills
Have a strong internal client orientation
Possesses strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Communicates and convinces parties within and outside regarding quality projects, policies, practices, and procedures under responsibility.
Knows who to communicate with to solve quality issues and clearly explains quality methods, practices, and procedures.
Language skills
Fluency in English (and French), both oral and written. Other relevant languages are an asset.
