Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Participate in the introduction, on-boarding, and daily administration of new business and related products, including but not limited to Luxembourg domiciled investment funds and (alternative) off-shore funds.
• Review and comment on fund documentation (prospectus, articles of incorporation/management regulations) in accordance with internal policies and procedures, liaising with clients and/or their legal advisers.
• Coordinate the review of fund documentation with relevant departments and other group entities to ensure operational feasibility and timely implementation.
• Provide guidance and assistance to junior lawyers.

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in investment funds engineering services and banking (bank, law firm, or financial services provider).
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg Investment Fund, Finance/Banking regulations (including MiFID), and Corporate Law.
• Knowledge of Anglo-Saxon/Irish law would be an asset.
• Good knowledge of depositary bank and administrator roles for Luxembourg investment vehicles, particularly under AIFMD and UCITS V.
• Experience with Real Estate or Private Equity funds, including SPVs, is an asset.
• Graduate in Law (Bac +5) from a recognized university; post-qualification would be an advantage.
• Fluent in English and French, both verbally and in writing; additional languages are an asset.
• Good understanding of the fund value chain (custody, fund administration, TA, legal, tax, etc.).
