Distribution Oversight Officer F/M - Asset Management Company

We are looking for a Distribution Oversight Officer for an Asset Management company based in Luxembourg, to strengthen our first line of defense framework. Reporting to the Head of Distribution Oversight, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process and conducting ongoing due diligence of business partners, ensuring strict compliance with AML/KYC/CTF regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Distribution Oversight lifecycle, including onboarding and recertification of business partners.
• Conduct due diligence in line with AML/KYC/CTF and cross-border rules.
• Collaborate with Compliance on regulatory updates and implement procedural changes.
• Support internal and external stakeholders on Distribution Oversight matters.
• Prepare reports for Management Company and AML committees.
• Assist with regulatory requests and audits, ensuring adherence to Internal Audit recommendations.
• Contribute to process and tool improvements in the Distribution Oversight function.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Law, or related field.
• 4+ years of AML/KYC/CTF experience in the Luxembourg financial sector.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French, German, or Italian is a plus.
• Expertise in AML/KYC/CTF regulations, cross-border distribution, and CSSF 18/698.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
• Highly organized with a collaborative and client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
