Digital Campaign Officer
Your mission :
We are looking for a dynamic Digital Campaign Officer within the Sales Department to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital campaigns across all digital channels.
This role requires a keen interest in the automotive industry and a deep understanding of customer journeys and digital capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for posting the campaigns, monitoring and analysing ROI as well as identifying areas for improvement.
Responsibilities :
- Participate in the development of marketing campaigns (pre offers, benchmarks…) until uploading/posting on the different digital channels
- Be responsible for accurate display data, prices, photos etc
- Work closely and collaboratively with the BU’s management and Marketing on campaigns and project management
- Follow and analyse lead generation process, work on SEO and online displays Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on ROI and KPI performance
- Implement strategies to enhance digital capabilities and customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, as well as changes in search engine algorithms.
Skills :
- Strong digital acumen and familiarity with digital tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in KPI management and business reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively with business unit & marketing
- Strong analytical skills for pricing and financial management
- Demonstrated success in managing projects and delivering results
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, stress resistant
- Passion for the automotive industry and a deep understanding of customer journeys
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a digital campaign management role, particularly within the automotive or digital sectors, SalesForce CRM knowledge would be a plus
- Fluent in French and English (German and Luxembourgish are serious assets)
- Autonomous, with a strong commercial sense and challenges driven
