Data Management Officer – fixed-term contract (CDD) from 1-Feb-26 to 31-Oct-26

The Data Section is responsible for the creation and update of the records in the Olympic/DataHub systems and for all aspects related to static data, either for securities or clients. Data Section works closely with Pricing Section which is in charge of the security portfolios evaluation and the collection and control of exchange rates.

We are now looking for an Officer in the Data Section from 1-Feb-26 to 31-Oct-26.

Your main tasks will be:

1. Create and update SMF and CMF in accordance with rules and NAV deadlines
2. Maintain Database accurate (control factors, floating rates, etc.)
3. Collect, control and update data for Calendars
4. Identifying financial products and collecting information on several market providers
5. Proceeding to the Security Master Files opening in the system
6. Performing several controls and updates of the Security Master Files in accordance with trades and NAVs deadlines
7. Maintaining accurate databases (daily control of floater rates, analyse duplication and correction needs)
8. Ensuring cut-off respect
9. Supporting colleagues in daily tasks
10. Applying department guidelines and procedures

Job requirements:

1. Studies in finances
2. First year experience in a similar position
3. Deep knowledge of financial products
4. Sound expertise on data vendors (Bloomberg, Telekurs)
5. Very good command of Ms Office tools, especially Excel
6. VBA knowledge is considered as an strong asset
7. Knowledge of the Olympic banking system and/or NeoXam DataHub is considered as a strong asset
8. Fluency in French and English
9. Quality-driven, attached to details and accurate
10. Good stress resilience and organization skills
11. Excellent team spirit and good and good analytical mind
