Our client, a prominent American financial services company, is looking for a Corporate Officer to join their team in Luxembourg. The role involves supporting the Corporate Team in managing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of unregulated Luxembourg holding companies (SPVs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing and collecting signatures for corporate legal documents related to SPVs
• Assisting in the setup and administration of corporate structures
• Coordinating KYC documentation
• Preparing materials for board and shareholder meetings
• Maintaining statutory records and registers
• Filing documents with Luxembourg authorities (RCS, RBE, etc.)

Profile:

• Degree in Law
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate legal officer role, with exposure to SPVs
• Fluent in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Team player with strong communication skills
