Responsibilities:

• Ensure meticulous compliance with AIFM regulations and other applicable laws and regulations in Luxembourg.
• Develop, implement, and refine innovative compliance policies, procedures, and controls to effectively mitigate risks.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insightful guidance on compliance matters to the management team and staff.
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes and industry trends, ensuring that company policies remain cutting-edge.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives and address compliance challenges.
• Conduct rigorous periodic reviews and audits, using advanced analytics to maintain ongoing compliance vigilance.

Qualifications:

• Outstanding academic background with a Master’s degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification in compliance is a plus.
• 3-8 years of experience in compliance roles within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on AIFM regulations in Luxembourg.
• Deep expertise in AIFM regulations and a thorough understanding of relevant EU directives and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills, pragmatism, and reactivity.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
