Compliance Officer - Engagement Acceptance Team

Our Engagement Acceptance team is looking for a compliance analyst junior to provide support to the whole firm.
Engagement Acceptance’s role is to support the Business Teams in ensuring that business development is safe and compliant with our client and engagement acceptance rules and procedures.
The Engagement Acceptance Team focuses on professional risks and also reputational risks before Deloitte can accept any engagements.

Your contribution to our success
- Undertake compliance processes (timely review of service/engagement acceptance files, discussion with the business teams, risk identification, risk mitigation, monitoring, checks, follow-up …)
- Handle conflicts checks
- Provide compliance support to the Engagement Acceptance Management
- Participate in various compliance-related projects, as needed
Your skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferably in business, finance, or accounting).
- Fluency in English is mandatory, French and German are nice to have.
- Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a high regard for confidentiality and teamwork.
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, work autonomously, and take initiative.
- Able to learn quickly and work in a team environment
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
