Client Services - Client Services Representative

About the Role

 

The Client Service Administrator will handle investor inquiries, manage communication with clients, and provide support within the Investor Services Center. They will utilize their expertise in fund operations and transfer agency systems to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

 

Your Day to Day:

 

Handle queries and calls from investors, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of issues.

Partner with the Investor Services Center (ISC) to provide efficient and effective support.

Communicate clearly and effectively with investors and internal teams, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Maintain a strong understanding of the Fund Industry, with a focus on Transfer Agency operations.

Manage day-to-day responsibilities with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

 

Key Requirements:

 

Multilingual: Proficient in English (mandatory) and German/French (any additional language is an asset).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role, with a strong focus on the Fund Industry and Transfer Agency.

Familiarity with TA Systems (MFTA or similar) is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently while remaining organized and efficient.
