I represent a human-sized engineering consulting firm, widely recognized for the quality of its expertise and its strong commitment to sustainable development. As part of the expansion of its Development & Urban Planning department, the firm is now seeking a Project Manager to support the design and implementation of ambitious territorial development projects.

The Development & Urban Planning department assists public and private stakeholders in transforming ideas into concrete, sustainable, and well-balanced projects, combining economic, social, and environmental dimensions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all phases of urban development projects, from preliminary studies to the pre-project stage, ensuring compliance with cost, quality, and timeline objectives.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and contribute to defining strategic directions (urbanization, planning, architecture, etc.).
  • Supervise and guide internal and external teams involved in the projects, ensuring effective collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Contribute to cross-functional company initiatives, particularly those incorporating sustainability and circular-economy principles.
  • Maintain a climate of trust and ensure smooth communication between all parties: clients, service providers, public administrations, and decision-makers.
  • Propose ideas to continuously improve internal methods, tools, and processes.

Profile required:

  • At least 5 years of experience in territorial development, urban planning, or land-use project management.
  • Strong interest in environmental issues and the circular economy.
  • Solid knowledge of the legal, regulatory, and technical frameworks related to urban planning projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Fluency in French and good command of Luxembourgish and/or German.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, adaptability, and team spirit.
  • Client-oriented mindset, with a constructive and collaborative approach.

Part-time arrangements may be considered, depending on your needs and availability.

If you are looking for an exciting challenge within a stimulating environment, feel free to apply. Your application will be handled confidentially by Jeanne Guériaux.
