This position is part of Jetfly's Aircraft Management division, operating a privately managed Dassault Falcon 7X on behalf of its owner. As such, this role differs from Jetfly Aviation's fractional ownership activity. The employment contract will be issued under international terms, reflecting the nature of the aircraft's registration, operational base, and ownership structure. Crew members should be aware that hotel accommodation at the base will not be systematically provided on non-flying days; it is therefore essential that candidates reside within a 2-hour travel radius of Geneva to ensure operational availability at all times.
Responsibilities
- Operate the Dassault Falcon 7X safely and efficiently in accordance with all applicable regulations, company SOPs, and EASA requirements
- Support Jetfly’s Falcon 7X fleet growth by sharing experience and best practices
- Plan and Command worldwide international flights, including ultra-long-range operations
- Maintain the highest standards of crew resource management (CRM) and team cooperation
- Conduct thorough pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight procedures in compliance with the company procedures
- Liaise with dispatch, ground operations, and ATC to ensure seamless flight operations
- Ensure full compliance with international aviation regulations, customs, and immigration requirements
- Maintain currency and recency requirements, including all mandatory training and checks
- Represent the company's values and image with professionalism and discretion at all times
- Coordinate effectively with the Cabin Host and ground teams to deliver a state-of-the-art passenger experience
- Accurately complete all required flight documentation, journey logs, and operational records
Profile:
- EASA ATPL /Advanced UPRT / Medical Class 1
- Minimum 2000 total flight hours
- Minimum 1000 IFR flight hours in EASA CAT operations
- Minimum 500 Falcon 7X/8X flight hours
- Valid Dassault Falcon 7X Type Rating (Mandatory)
- Former EASA CAT Line trainer/checker experience will be considered as an asset
- Fluent in English (minimum EPL 5), French knowledge will be considered as an asset
- Reside within a 2-hour travel radius of Geneva (base airport) or willing to relocate
- Valid unrestricted EU Passport, including the right to travel to the US (B1/B2 & C1/D visa appreciated)
- Clear criminal record and non-security restrictions (The candidate will be appointed for a selection including a Psychological assessment, a Drug screening and a Background check by the Police)
Working Conditions:
- Employment contract: International contract, reflecting the aircraft's registration and operational structure.
- Schedule: Indicative 14/14 roster, subject to flexibility based on the owner's flight program and operational requirements. Candidates must demonstrate scheduling flexibility and availability.
- Location: Geneva base. Candidates must reside within a 2-hour travel radius of Geneva or be prepared to relocate prior to joining.
- Please note: Accommodation at the base will not be provided on non-operating days. Proximity to the base is therefore a firm requirement.
