Campus & Events Specialist – Talent Acquisition

Joining our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Campus & Events Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our global attraction strategy. You will manage partnerships with universities, student associations and career services, and represent the firm at campus events in Luxembourg and abroad. You will work closely with Advisors and Lawyers (from Associate to Partner level), People Business Partners from the HR team, and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth and efficient execution of our Campus Roadmap.

Your Responsibilities

Campus Strategy & Employer Branding

  • Develop and implement the annual campus recruitment strategy in alignment with the firm’s business and hiring needs;
  • Build strong, long‑term partnerships with universities, business schools, student associations and career services across Europe (mainly France, Belgium and Germany) to position Arendt as an employer of choice;
  • Represent Arendt at job fairs, campus events, workshops and student visits, acting as a trusted ambassador of our culture and values;
  • In collaboration with our Marketing team, prepare and deliver attractive employer branding materials (presentations, brochures, social media content, campus ambassador guidelines).

Campus Ambassadors & Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate the Campus Ambassador Programme: training, communication and event planning;
  • Coordinate the organisation of campus events (planning, briefings, preparing goodies, logistics) and support internal stakeholders and Partners participating in those events;
  • Share post‑event reports including debriefings, statistics and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Data & Reporting

  • Collect and analyse recruitment and event data and share regular reports and insights on the impact of our Campus strategy (attendance, conversion rates, sourcing effectiveness…) to continuously optimise our outreach strategy.

Your Profile

  • You hold a master’s degree in human resources, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • You have prior experience in recruitment, campus management, HR coordination, or employer branding.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with students as well as senior stakeholders.
  • You possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several events and recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • You are proactive, dynamic, creative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
  • You are fluent in English and French; German and/or Luxembourgish is considered an asset.
  • You are open to occasional travel within Europe (mainly France, Belgium and Germany)
  • You are comfortable using digital tools such as Workday (or other ATS), MS Office, and social media platforms.
