To expand our team, we are currently recruiting a:
CAMO Technical Records Officer (f/m)
Your Mission
As CAMO Technical Records Officer you are responsible for the accurate and complete update of the technical records for the managed fleet.
This includes update of the MMS (Maintenance Management Software) status after maintenance events, scanning and archiving workpacks, technical logs, flight logs.
Duties & Responsibilites:
- Updating the aircraft airworthiness documentation, including Dent and Buckle, modification and repair lists, etc.
- Maintaining the aircraft inspection, task and component status in the MMS in use.
- Producing aircraft and configuration status reports.
- Maintaining the Life Limited Component, Overhaul Component and other tracked component's status, Log cards and history.
- Supporting ARS staff in their activities.
- Updating fleet utilisation.
- Reviewing all work reports generated by the Part-145 MO, updating the MMS, scanning and archiving the workpacks and technical logs.
- Informing the CAMO Manager/NPCA of any issue which could compromise the airworthiness condition of any aircraft within the fleet and take immediate appropriate action.
- Perform mandatory reporting duties as per SMS process.
- Produce or publish accurate data.
- Keep current with respect to the applicable regulations.
- Always behaving in an ethically correct way.
Your Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Continuing Airworthiness, Aircraft Maintenance or Aircraft Engineering.
- Fluent in English, written and oral. Other languages considered an asset.
- Experience in aircraft maintenance, CAMO, MRO, or technical documentation.
- EASA Regulations including bilateral agreements.
- Good airplane and helicopter system knowledge.
- Good knowledge of aircraft standard maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of Technical Publications.
- EASA Part-66 Licence and/or
- Aviation Vocational studies and/or
- Aviation related degree or equivalent working experience
Is considered as an asset:
Knowledge about systems, components and equipment used on LAS Fleet.
Knowledge of the Maintenance Management System in use (AMOS).
Professional & Social Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with extensive technical documentation
- Comfortable working with digital systems and databases
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Accurate and organised
- Always behaving in an ethically correct way
