Your role

As General Manager, you are responsible for the overall performance of the venue, both operationally and financially.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily operations across all functions: service, purchasing, staffing, cost control and supplier management

• Lead, structure and develop a large, multicultural team with high standards and strong engagement

• Drive overall performance: monitor KPIs, manage budgets, control costs and ensure profitability (GOP)

• Ensure a consistent, high-level guest experience across all service periods, from lunch to late-night

• Coordinate and oversee key events, ensuring flawless execution and premium positioning

• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, HR, finance) to align operations with group strategy

• Contribute to the venue’s visibility and positioning, including social media direction in collaboration with the marketing team

• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health and safety regulations

  
  

Your profile

• Significant experience in a similar leadership role, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Strong operational expertise combined with solid financial understanding

• Proven ability to lead and structure large teams

• Comfortable in demanding, high-expectation environments

• Clear leadership style: hands-on, structured and solution-oriented

• Fluent in English; additional languages (French, German or Luxembourgish) are a plus

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
