Business Analyst- translate policies in to requirements

• Definition of the problem statement and policy objectives

• Coordination and interaction with the project leaders, business analyst and IT architect, developers and users

• Documentation of business requirements

• Interaction with the IT department during the business cases analysis and definition of functional requirements, drafting of the project charter and security plan

• Ensuring alignment with the legal base for the EU Talent Pool and the data protection requirements

• Ability to understand policy objectives and translate them into business requirements

• Experience or knowledge of similar Commission IT tools/assets (Eures, Europass, NACE, ESCO, Euraxess, etc)

• Ability to deliver and apply high quality standards

• Ability to give business and technical presentations

• Capability to write clear and structured policy documents

• Analysis and problem-solving skills

  
  

Specific Expertise:

• Knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes

• Understanding of data protection and ability to understand legal text

• Experience in drafting requirements business
