About the role
This role is designed to strengthen our Compliance team and give you the opportunity to actively contribute to its day-to-day operations. You will join a dynamic environment where you will be involved in a wide range of diverse and stimulating projects.
We are looking for a proactive, adaptable professional who enjoys working across multiple topics and regulatory frameworks, including those of the European Aviation Safety Agency and the UK Civil Aviation Authority. In this position, you will have the chance to broaden your expertise, gain cross-functional exposure, and develop a strong understanding of company processes and regulatory compliance within a fast-evolving organization.

Jetfly Aviation is the Jetfly division dedicated to fractional aircraft ownership, serving over 500 co-owners across Europe. Luxembourg hosts the operational hub and administrative departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service for all co-owners.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling with the concerned Nominated Persons or Managers the dates of the audits / inspections (based on the audits/inspections plan).
- Performing the audits / inspections assigned by Compliance Monitoring Managers (within Jetfly or within external organizations, its preparation, its realization, the closing meeting and the report).
- Preparing, completing and updating the audit questionnaire with criteria and questions related to verification of the applicable regulations and the Jetfly documentation
- Providing the audit report to Compliance Monitoring Managers within 2 weeks after the completion of audit / inspection.
- Managing the audit and finding follow-up process through Centrik: Audit Report; Review of CAP, Root Cause, Preventive and Corrective Actions
- Analyzing the evidences provided by the respective finding owner and reports the results to Compliance Managers.
- Support the development and implementation of the Compliance Monitoring System.
- Monitors the continued compliance, and remains knowledgeable on with the requirements of EASA and UK CAA Regulations.
Profile:
- A minimum of a 2 years relevant work experience in the field of AOC and/or CAMO activities or in a compliance department with experience as auditor.
- Business aviation would be a must, but regular commercial aviation is acceptable.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and adhere to ethical standards.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to distinguish facts from opinions.
- Active listener, open-minded, and able to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Rigor, organization, and ability to assist departments in continuous improvement.
- Critical thinking and proactive approach in identifying and solving problems.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
- Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
