Description

As a valued member of the Corporate and M&A team in Luxembourg, you will engage in diverse legal fields, encompassing mergers and acquisitions of both public and private entities, securities regulations, governance matters, asset sales, corporate restructuring, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, defensive strategies for takeovers, and venture capital agreements.


As part of a vibrant, dynamic, and expanding team, you will:

  • Collaborate with various professionals on a range of complex and high-profile Corporate and M&A cases and transactions, managing your own files and projects with a degree of autonomy.
  • Support a diverse clientele on substantial national and international initiatives, partnering with fellow associates and senior partners from our multiple practice areas within the Benelux offices.
  • Oversee these transactions with the guidance of a more experienced associate or partner, tailored to your level of expertise.


Your profile

The ideal candidate:

  • Holds a degree in European law, preferably supplemented by a Master's or postgraduate qualification from an EU institution (LL.M.). A relevant legal background of 3 to 4 years is desirable, with experience in a Luxembourg-based law firm considered a strong asset.
  • Is a member of a European bar association or intends to seek registration with a European bar (preferably in Luxembourg) and possesses fluency in both written and spoken French and English. Proficiency in German would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to nurturing client relationships and delivering high-quality legal counsel, complemented by exceptional interpersonal abilities and a collaborative mindset.
