Why This Role Matters

As the Lab Team Supervisor, you will support and guide a team of laboratory technicians in our Applied Physical Metrology lab. You will coordinate daily testing activities, encourage a safe and inclusive work environment, and make sure results are delivered accurately and on time. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing workflows, supporting people, and contributing to continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead and schedule daily lab activities.
2. Support, coach, and onboard team members.
3. Ensure safety, quality, and smooth testing operations.
4. Handle material/compound coordination and documentation.
5. Collaborate with local engineering and quality partners.
6. Manage supplies, equipment needs, and basic operational reporting.

What You’ll Bring

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, with a Master’s degree preferred.
2. Experience supervising or coordinating a small technical team.
3. Practical understanding of lab or material testing environments.
4. Supportive communication style and good organizational skills.
5. Commitment to safety and quality.
6. Fluent English; French is a plus.
7. Valid B driving license.
