Main Responsibilities:

• Perform 1st line of defense for the AIFM role in accordance with TSC policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with the local regulatory framework.
• Collect and analyze KYC documentation, including requesting missing documentation, tracking receipt, conducting first-level screening, and performing risk ratings in line with TSC's risk-based approach.
• Monitor relationships through daily screenings in line with procedures, providing relevant data for necessary filings.
• Set up and store all AML/KYC documentation in relevant systems, including scanning, filing, and archiving.
• Conduct periodic reviews of AIFM's related parties, service providers, delegates, distributors, introducers, and asset-level AML/KYC documentation, obtaining updated documents as needed.
• Represent the AML team in meetings, conference calls, or AML/KYC Acceptance Committee when necessary.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships across all internal departments.
• Stay informed about changes in industry laws and regulations, especially those related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing.
• Continuously propose improvements to enhance efficiency across the AML/KYC process.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an AML/KYC environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Experience in the Luxembourg fund industry, such as PSF, Management Company, or banks.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of other languages, especially Italian, is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg AML/CTF laws and regulations.
