What will you do?

 

1. Portfolio and Financial Management

  • Manage a client portfolio composed of SOPARFI holdings, including:
  • Reviewing current operations.
  • Analyzing balance sheets and interim/annual financial statements.
  • Monitoring extra-accounting tables.
  • Preparing reports requested by clients.
  • Drafting minutes, and contracts (e.g., purchase/sale of shares, loan contracts, bond loan terms) and follow up.
  • Preparing invoicing and monitoring unpaid receivables.
  • Preparing Board meetings and follow up.
  • Support KYC/AML documentation and review.


2. Client Relations and Coordination

  • Act as the central point of contact for clients alongside the senior manager, depending on the team structure.
  • Identify tax and legal issues.
  • Propose solutions to address customer challenges and needs.
  • Participate in client meetings.
  • Coordinate tasks with other units of CF Corporate Services and BDO.

 

3. Legal and Accounting Oversight

  • Verify and ensure compliance with legal deadlines for filing annual accounts, tax returns, and periodic/annual declarations.
  • Monitor accounting and legal requirements.
  • Transfer relevant information to appropriate service teams.

 

This offer is for you if:

 

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance/Accounting and/or an accounting professional qualification (e.g. ACCA) ;
  • You are fluent in English and French, German would be an asset; 
  • You have excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills with a professional approach at all times in accordance with policies and procedures, legal/regulatory requirements;
  • You are able to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize matters and meet deadlines;
  • You are extremely organized and rigorous;
  • You are dynamic, proactive, and pay close attention to details;
  • You have strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
