BDO in Luxembourg is offering an outstanding opportunity for a Manager/Senior Manager in Direct Tax Compliance to lead an existing team and manage a diversified portfolio of clients, primarily German-speaking.

What will you do?

• Supervise the preparation and review of corporate tax returns for a broad range of existing clients (AIFs, GPs, MNE, …);
• Lead, train and mentor a team of tax professionals to achieve their full potential;
• Manage your own portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact and delivering exceptional service;
• Stay abreast of tax law developments and guide clients in adapting to changes effectively.

This offer is for you if:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Tax;
• You have at least 6 years of experience in tax, with a strong focus on direct tax compliance;
• You are fluent in German and in English; French is a plus;
• You are highly organized, and excel at managing deadlines while effectively prioritizing tasks;
• You have proven leadership skills and enjoy mentoring and developing junior team members;
• You are a strong communicator, able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team; 
• You are proactive, staying updated on changes in tax legislation to anticipate client needs;
