With a background in pricing, finance, or a related discipline, you’re ready to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our pricing framework. In this role, you will be key in ensuring that our pricing strategies remain competitive, profitable, and aligned with broader business goals. You will collaborate across teams, playing an integral part in FlibTravel International’s ongoing success and helping us solidify our position as an industry leader.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• You analyze internal and external data to create optimized pricing strategies in line with company goals.
• You develop and implement pricing models that maximize revenue while maintaining competitive advantage.
• You monitor market trends and competitor pricing, adjusting strategies to ensure profitability and growth.
• You collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to align pricing with business objectives and customer needs.
• You evaluate the performance of existing pricing strategies and adjust them to enhance profitability and market position.
• You support decision-making by providing insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
• You develop financial reports that communicate the impact of pricing decisions and offer insights for improvement.
• You ensure pricing compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• You are responsible for maintaining and updating pricing systems and tools, ensuring they are efficient and accurate.

WHAT IS REQUIRED?

• Experience in pricing analysis, financial modeling, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
• 1-3 years of experience in pricing, finance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with pricing software and digital platforms is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and optimization.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate across teams and interact with key stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in other European languages a plus.
