Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
• Deploy and manage cloud-based solutions, leveraging platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure for enhanced productivity and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives and promote operational efficiency.
• Utilize modern tools and technologies for automated deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, driving continuous enhancement of IT services and support mechanisms.
• Managing and maintaining hardware and printing infrastructure.
• Participate in the implementation and deployment of SLG group’s projects.
Required Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, with a strong foundation in system administration and network management.
• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure, including experience with administration and configuration.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and service management principles.
Technical and Personal Skills:
• Expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong Service orientation and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Proactive attitude and a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and developments in technology.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and to be a great Team player.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• French, English skills (spoken and written) – German and Luxemburgish are an advantage.
