What will you do?
- Organize and coordinate training sessions through our Learning Management System (LMS), including creating training sessions, sending invitations, and preparing and sending training assessments. Manage attendance lists, gather training feedback, and handle related invoices.
- Ensure all training data is up to date in our LMS and databases
- Support the preparation of the co-funding INFPC report by tracking attendance and collecting any missing documents
- Manage logistics for training sessions, including venue booking, equipment setup, and technical support for virtual trainings
- Assist with administrative documents, including CIF requests, learning history, and professional qualification attestations
- Support the organization and coordination of the onboarding program for new employees.
This offer is for you if:
- You have a diploma in Human Resources or Administration
- You speak fluently French and English; German is a plus
- You have strong analytical skills and Excel knowledge
- You are highly organized and rigorous; you pay high attention to details
- You act as a team player, you are recognized for your excellent skills in communicating and working easily with others
- You are curious, motivated and eager to learn
- Knowledge of INFPC reports is a plus.
