BDO in Luxembourg is looking for a Manager Accountant specialized in Alternative Investments

What will you do ?

• Supervise the day-to-day bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of Real Estate and Private Equity vehicles;
• Be in charge of preparing reports for periodic closings and annual financial statements;
• Ensure the coordination with our corporate services, tax and legal teams to serve the client;
• Be the primary point of contact of the client for the day-to-day services provided by BDO in Luxembourg.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing training and guidance on complex accounting issues related to alternative investments.

This offer is for you if:

• You hold a Bachelor or a Master degree in Finance, Accounting or any other relevant field;
• You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in an accounting firm;
• You have good accounting skills and a strong knowledge in Lux GAAP; 
• You have a good understanding of direct and indirect taxes;
• You have excellent communication skills and a good team spirit;
• You are proactive, committed, motivated, autonomous and rigorous;
• You have strong analytical, written communication and interpersonal skills;
• You speak English fluently. French and/or German (as well as any other language) would be an asset;
