Senior CRM Corporate Accounting / Tax
Your day to day
- Act as the main client relationship point of contact for a portfolio of global corporate clients, including large multi-geography fund managers and insurance companies investing in real assets
- Work closely with operations and servicing teams to oversee day-to-day activities and ensure service levels are met or exceeded
- Monitor operational and system workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Support the deployment of new business opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement of client relationships
- Ensure effective rollout of the firm’s service offerings, guaranteeing an exceptional client experience
- Maintain a strong understanding of all products and services delivered to clients (e.g. accounting, tax, corporate services)
- Participate in servicing decisions, identify opportunities for improvement and recommend operating model enhancements
- Manage a wide range of client matters, including billing inquiries, fee negotiations, KYC topics and service performance (KPIs)
- Handle service issues from routine escalations to new product launches, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams
- Monitor performance of global service delivery teams and ensure commitments are met across all jurisdictions
- Balance service excellence with full regulatory compliance requirements
- Support clients throughout the onboarding and Business Acceptance processes
- Take part in internal workshops and cross-functional projects
- Coach and support junior team members, providing technical guidance and supervising their work
Your profile
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing role within Asset Servicing (e.g. professional services / Big 4 environment)
- Strong understanding of compliance and corporate services for financial companies (e.g. CIT, VAT, Accounting, Corporate Secretarial), particularly within the real estate sector
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, international environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, team spirit and proactive mindset
- Dynamic, eager to learn and continuously evolve
- Fluent professional English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
