Sales-Lentz, Luxembourg’s leading bus company and a pioneer in sustainable mobility solutions, is seeking an experienced and strategic Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with our key public sector clients. This role is central to our mission of delivering innovative and reliable mobility services to Luxembourgish communes, government entities, and other public sector partners.

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our most important clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying new opportunities to expand our partnerships. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of mobility in Luxembourg, working closely with senior leadership to align client strategies with our commercial goals.



Your Role and Impact:


  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key public sector clients, including Luxembourgish communes and government entities. Understand their unique needs and ensure Sales-Lentz delivers tailored mobility solutions.

  • Manage deadlines and coordinate responses to calls for tenders, ensuring timely and competitive submissions that align with client requirements and company objectives.

  • Act as the voice of the client within Sales-Lentz, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and proactive problem-solving.

  • Analyze client data, market trends, and financial performance to develop actionable strategies that enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes.

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities, leveraging your expertise to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.

  • Lead negotiations for high-value contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with both client needs and company objectives.

  • Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and other senior leaders to shape the company’s commercial strategy and contribute to long-term growth.



Who You Are:


  • You have 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a proven track record of managing high-value clients and driving revenue growth.

  • You possess a deep understanding of the public sector, particularly in Luxembourg, and are familiar with the needs and challenges of working with government entities and communes.

  • You are analytical and strategic, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable plans.

  • You are a skilled negotiator and relationship builder, capable of managing complex client interactions with professionalism and confidence.

  • You thrive in a collaborative environment but can also take ownership of initiatives and drive them to completion independently.

  • You are fluent in Luxembourgish, French, and English, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
