Venue Manager/Director

Our client is seeking a General Manager / Venue Director to oversee an entire bar and restaurant complex.

In an environment of trust, serenity, and autonomy, you will be responsible for leading a brand with strong cultural impact, from team management and leadership to budget control, as well as the organization of flagship events that shape the life of the venue.


Your responsibilities:

Key responsibilities:

  • Overall operational leadership and follow-up

  • Supervision of communication and brand image

  • Team management, engagement, and development

  • Planning, organization, and coordination of events

  • Budget control and financial monitoring


Profile sought:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a position of responsibility

  • Fluency in English

  • Proven experience managing a high-traffic, high-volume venue

Nice to have:

  • Fluency in French
