

Technical Pre-sales Consultant
YOUR REPONSIBILITIES
You will have to assume following responsibilities:
-Manage business partners qualification and customers activities to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of solutions and services;
-Work with the Senior Management to support opportunity qualification process as well as the customer satisfaction. Report on opportunity status and strategic plan;
-Assist the different teams in the daily execution of projects and tasks;
-Present solutions to customers, partners and others stakeholders. Create documents and products sheets including high level specifications;
-Attend to business meetings, make demo and present our solutions portfolio;
-Prepare response to tenders, RFPs and RFIs. Write specifications, proposals, SoW, contracts, business reports and user documentation;
-Provide markets trends analysis, including competition and technology landscape, thanks to solutions and features expertise;
-Participate in the establishment of the pricing policies considering each part of our activities and areas of expertise;
-Represent INCERT during events, exhibitions or any other business activity in Europe and Internationally;
-Coordinate, when applicable, the implementation of our solutions, including third parties’ products, in customers and partners offices for the successful delivery of our projects. Deliver advice, training and functional support;
-Solve business needs by analyzing functional and technical requirements of our business partners and customers in coordination with our Solutions and R&D teams;
-Lead the commercial delivery plan of our projects and contracts with the support of our dedicated teams;
-Participate in the development of our solutions by monitoring key markets, technologies trends and providers and making feedback from business meetings.
YOUR PROFILE
Professional skills and education:
-Have 6-8 years of professional experience in a cybersecurity/IT Services company or equivalent experience;
-Have a good understanding of cryptography, cybersecurity and information security concepts;
-Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study or equivalent work experience;
-Have a proven experience promoting end-to-end solutions or web/mobile applications for the Automotive and/or Energy and/or Healthcare and/or Industrial IoT sector(s);
-Have a previous experience in an international context, specifically in addressing large accounts based outside of Luxembourg.
Soft skills:
-Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication as well as public speaking skills;
-Proven skills to identify new opportunities, prospect new markets and customers, solve problems in full autonomy;
-Ability to translate customer technical requirements and expectations in functional and business languages;
-Talent to establish deliverable plans with measurable milestones and focus on high quality standards;
-Analytical mindset with an ability to learn and synthesize large amounts of information with little context in a fast-moving environment;
-Good verbal and writing communication as the position requires close interaction with customers, as well as project management capacity;
-Being a strong team player, act on own initiative, be self-motivated and meet deadlines;
-Acting with a high sense of confidentiality and integrity;
-Being comfortable to negotiate contracts and defend the interests of the Agency in English and French. Luxembourgish and/or German are considered as an asset;
-Being fully aligned with our corporate values.
