Tech Recruiter F/M - Luxembourg

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter F/M for one of our clients, a service provider based in Luxembourg.

This position is ideal for a recruitment consultant who wants to transition to an internal recruiting role.

Your main responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire recruitment process for tech profiles (Digital, IT, Engineering).
2. Liaise with managers to assess their recruitment needs.
3. Proactively source candidates.
4. Establish and monitor KPIs.

Your profile:

1. At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, either in a recruitment agency or in a large company.
2. Analytical mindset, proactivity, a passion for talent hunting, and a strong service orientation.
3. Interest in numbers and performance tracking.
4. Previous experience in Luxembourg is preferred but not required.
5. Proficiency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1).
