Support Agent Corporate Onboarding (m/f/n)

Your missions:

As a Support Agent Corporate Onboarding, you will be responsible for supporting clients during their entry into business relations with the bank, from document collection to account opening, and ensuring the follow-up of the business relationship.


Your main responsibilities are as follows:

  1. Ensure initial contact and analyze the needs of requesting companies to determine appropriate products and services
  2. Collect and verify the documents necessary for the entry into relationship (KYC, articles of association, proof of identity, mandates, etc.)
  3. Perform compliance control and guarantee its follow-up (anti-money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions, etc.)
  4. Create client files in internal systems
  5. Open accounts and activate banking services and products
  6. Carry out the configuration of online banking (multiline / s-net business)
  7. Manage current banking operations
  8. Process specific requests (statement orders, Multiline user changes, etc.)
  9. Perform regulatory monitoring related to collective management and co-ownership rules
  10. Ensure coordination with internal teams (ALO, FCC, etc.)
  11. Guarantee client support as well as proactive communication with designated interlocutors throughout the process


Required Qualifications:

  1. Holder of a Bachelor's degree with an orientation in Economics, Management, or Law
  2. Professional experience of at least 3 years in the field of Corporate Banking
  3. Mastery of French and English languages; knowledge of the Luxembourgish language constitutes an advantage


Technical skills:

The acquisition of these skills can, based on demonstrated learning predispositions, be carried out through the coaching and training offered by the Bank during the start of the position and the integration period.

  1. Drafting of technical documents and procedures
  2. Principles of economics
  3. Banking products
  4. Operational skills related to tasks


Regulatory skills:

  1. Legislation and regulations applicable to the profession exercised
  2. Internal policies


IT and digital skills:

  1. MS Office
  2. IT tools dedicated to the profession exercised

  1. Adopt a collaborative attitude with professional interlocutors
  2. Be part of a client-centric approach making client satisfaction a priority
