Supply Chain Intern - Start February 2026

Jetfly is a leading shared business aviation company headquartered in Luxembourg, operating on behalf of more than 400 co-owners. Our fleet consists of 60 Pilatus aircraft (PC-12 and PC-24) and the Cirrus SF50 Vision Jet, all renowned for their engineering excellence and craftsmanship, delivering an unparalleled experience for passengers and operators alike.

The Supply Chain Management (SCM) department, part of Technical & Airworthiness, is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that ensure the lowest total cost, optimize inventory levels, and maximize aircraft availability across our operations in Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, and the UK.

Our SCM team is currently in a phase of continuous improvement and process standardization, with a strong focus on operational support to Jetfly’s operations.

As Jetfly continues this transformation, we are looking for an intern to join the SCM team, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager and based at the Jetfly Group headquarters at Findel airport, at the heart of our airline operations.

Job description

This internship is at a group level, supporting our 5 companies (Jetfly, Jetfly Technik, Bournemouth Aviation Service Limited, Jetfly Suisse, Fly 7). The role will focus on process standardization, supplier onboarding, and operational support within the Supply Chain Management team.

Responsibilities

  • Creation and standardization of procedures to improve efficiency and compliance across SCM activities.
  • Supplier onboarding and administration of the Approved Suppliers List (ASL), ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies.
  • Generation of reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to monitor KPIs and support decision-making.
  • Collaboration with SCM team members on operational tasks such as purchasing, stock replenishment, and logistics coordination.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows and proposing optimizations.

Profile

  • On-going university/master studies Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or Business Administration.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); French or German is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, formulas; macros are a plus) and familiarity with Power BI.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
