Subject Matter Expert - BI TA

Your Day to Day:

• Guarantee the operational implementation and coordination of new business including new clients, funds and sub-funds from a Transfer Agency perspective
• Analyze events during the fund life cycle such as mergers, liquidations, migrations in or out and provide gap analysis between client requirements and internal operating models
• Initiate and ensure that the setup of all systems and reporting environments is completed in due time
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and project teams
• Ensure structured and regular communication throughout the project lifecycle by reporting progress to relevant teams, organizing workshops, and maintaining updated project documentation and action logs
• Coordinate with IT and BI teams to ensure data quality, reporting accuracy and consistency across transfer agent systems
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify issues and improvement opportunities within TA processes
• Participate in meetings and closing sessions with operational teams to ensure smooth handovers
• Proactively escalate any identified risks or issues to management and propose mitigating actions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of TA reporting and onboarding processes by suggesting pragmatic, data-driven solutions

Your Profile:

• Strong knowledge of transfer agency operations, fund onboarding and client lifecycle events
• Experience in BI or data analysis within a financial or fund administration environment
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent
• Understanding of data flows and automation processes within TA systems
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to operational details
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business teams
• Fluency in English, additional European language considered an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general banking or fund administration software
