Internship CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)

Objective of the internship

To support the company in its CSR certification process by participating in the structuring, implementation and promotion of responsible actions.

Main missions

• Participate in the collection and analysis of the data necessary for the CSR label
• Contribute to the drafting of the CSR report and the updating of ESG indicators (environmental, social and human resources, governance, relations with stakeholders, territorial anchoring and societal impact, reporting and continuous improvement of our initiatives)
• Monitor CSR best practices and regulatory changes
• Support the organization of internal awareness-raising actions (workshops, communications, events)
• Collaborate with the various departments to identify and promote existing actions
• Participate in the development of communication materials (internal/external)

Desired profile

• Master's or Bachelor's student (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in CSR, sustainable development, social sciences, management or equivalent
• Strong interest in environmental, social and ethical issues
• Good writing and analytical skills
• Autonomy, rigor, team spirit
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Fluency in French and English is required; German is an asset.
