Convention-based Internship - Human Resources (m/f/n)

Spuerkeess is actively seeking an intern for 6 months in Human Resources to join our Recruitment division starting from April 2026!

Your missions:

1. Support the team in administrative tasks related to recruitment
2. Contact selected candidates and organize recruitment interviews
3. Publish advertisements on our various sites and job boards
4. Sort and evaluate applications based on established criteria
5. Prepare files for new employees
6. Manage the recruitment of convention-based internships and/or summer jobs
7. Organize and participate in various recruitment and onboarding events
8. Collaborate actively on various HR projects related to employer branding, recruitment, and the integration of new employees

Your profile:

1. Bachelor or Master student oriented in Human Resources, Management, or similar
2. Holder of a university convention covering the entire duration of the internship.
3. Enthusiastic, motivated, and dynamic
4. High level of discretion
5. Mastery of French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German is an advantage
