Convention-based Internship - Knowledge Management (m/f/n)

Spuerkeess is actively seeking motivated interns to join the General Secretariat Department starting in July 2026, for a duration of 6 months!


Your mission:

Within the General Secretariat, you will join the Knowledge Management team, where you will contribute to the migration project to a new document management tool. You will participate in the structuring, quality improvement, and governance of normative documents (policies, procedures, work instructions), while providing support for the team's daily activities.


Task Description:

  1. Review and analyze existing documents (policies, procedures, work instructions) according to clearly defined methodological criteria
  2. Verify the compliance of documents with documentary quality standards (structure, consistency, clarity, versioning, governance)
  3. Identify gaps and propose adjustments in consultation with stakeholders
  4. Coordinate exchanges with: writing business teams, validators, and the General Secretariat's Knowledge Management team
  5. Contribute to the migration of documents to a new IT tool (filing, structuring, quality controls)
  6. Participate in the continuous improvement of documentary practices


Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor or Master student oriented towards Management or similar
  2. Holder of a university internship agreement covering the entire duration of the internship
  3. Excellent mastery of French and English, with strong writing skills in French (English appreciated); knowledge of Luxembourgish is an asset
  4. Good mastery of office tools (MS Office); interest in digital tools is appreciated
  5. Excellent reading, analytical, and synthesis skills
  6. High level of rigor and attention to detail
  7. Enthusiastic, motivated, and dynamic
  8. Ability to interact with different levels of interlocutors
  9. Diplomacy, listening skills, and professional communication
  10. Autonomy, organization, and respect for deadlines
  11. High level of discretion
