Convention-based Internship - Customer Journey Expert (m/f/n)
Spuerkeess is actively seeking an Intern to join the Business Innovation Office starting in April 2026!
Your mission:
Within the "INTRA: Internal Innovation" team, you will play a key role in understanding, designing, and optimizing customer journeys to improve the overall experience, satisfaction, and loyalty. You will be responsible for identifying friction points and proposing concrete improvements.
Task Description:
- Analyze existing customer journeys (digital and physical) to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Design seamless, consistent, and user-centric customer journeys (UX, service design)
- Define performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer experience and monitor their evolution
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, customer service, IT, and data teams to implement concrete solutions
- Participate in customer journey mapping and their continuous evolution
- Set up user tests, surveys, or client interviews to gather field insights, then analyze client feedback
- In-depth work on the classification, organization, and digitalization of archives
Required Qualifications:
- Student currently enrolled in a university program (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, UX Design, Project Management, or similar
- Holder of a university internship agreement covering the entire duration of the internship
- Mastery of French and English; knowledge of the Luxembourgish language is an advantage
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and dynamic
- High level of discretion
