HRIS Implementation Specialist (m/f)
Role & responsibilities
As part of the ongoing digital transformation of our HR and payroll processes, you will play a key role in leading our organization’s transition to a new HR ERP platform. Your mission will include
Performing functional and technical analysis of the HR and payroll modules
Designing, developing and maintaining payroll calculation rules for salaries, allowances, deductions and indexation
Managing data migration and the integration into the new HR ERP with partner systems (social security, accounting, reporting
Implementing new functional and technological requirements in close collaboration with HR and IT teams
Conducting testing, documentation, and user training
Monitoring regulatory and legal changes affecting HR and payroll (public-sector statutes, collective agreements, indexation, taxation)
Your profile
University degree (Bachelor/ Master) in Information Systems, Business Informatics, HR Information Management or equivalent
Proven experience in analysis and development within HR / payroll environments (EDUCOS, SAP HR, HR Access, etc.)
Strong understanding of Luxembourg payroll rules and/or the public-sector framework
Hands-on experience with query and scripting languages (SQL, EDUCOS scripting, reporting tools)
Familiarity with HR processes (career management, working time, absences, training)
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong documentation discipline
Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German is considered an asset
Experience in HRIS version upgrades or HR digitalisation initiatives would be highly valued
Knowledge of system interoperability (APIs, web services, accounting or budgeting interfaces)
Interest in innovation, SaaS HR systems and public-sector digitalisation initiatives
Good communication skills, ability to bring together and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work independently as well as an in a team
High sense of confidentiality
The successful candidate (m/f) will be hired as public employee (“employé de l’Etat”) under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s/he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant (“fonctionnaire de l’Etat”).
Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.
