Senior IT Business Analyst - Team Leader

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to lead our Business Analysis team and drive the delivery of high‑quality IT solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with hands‑on experience in business analysis, solution design, and modern digital tools (including Figma). You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, solutions are user‑centric, and projects deliver tangible business value.

Your next challenge

1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts, structuring and prioritizing workload across multiple initiatives.
2. BA Standards: Define and enforce Business Analysis standards, methodologies, templates, and best practices within a user‑centric, outcome‑oriented culture.
3. Requirements Management: Engage stakeholders to capture and validate business, functional, and non‑functional requirements and translate them into clear specifications for technical teams.
4. Process Optimization: Map “as‑is” and “to‑be” processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements aligned with strategic objectives.
5. Solution Design & Delivery: Co‑design scalable solutions with product, UX/UI, and IT teams, leveraging Figma for wireframes and flows, and support testing and UAT to ensure requirement coverage.
6. Change Management: Contribute to adoption through training materials, documentation, and targeted communications.
7. Stakeholder Communication: Act as key liaison between business and IT, facilitate workshops, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.

Your skills

1. Education & Experience: Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field, with 7+ years as an IT Business Analyst on complex projects and 2+ years in a team/chapter lead or similar leadership role.
2. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Strong experience working with IT, business, UX/UI, QA, and vendors to deliver aligned solutions.
3. Requirements & Process: Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation (user stories, use cases, process flows), business process modeling/optimization, and IT solution design (web, mobile, enterprise).
4. UX & Figma: Hands‑on use of Figma (wireframes, mockups, user flows, interactive prototypes) and good knowledge of UX/UI and design thinking.
5. Methods & Tools: Experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid approaches and tools such as Azure DevOps (or equivalent).
6. Domain & Certifications: Experience in ERP, CRM, HR, finance, or custom apps is a plus; certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA, PSPO, CSPO, Agile BA) are an advantage.
7. Languages: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French are required; German is an asset.
