Relationship Manager - Funds (m/f/n)

Your missions:

As a Relationship Manager, you will be the primary source of contact for responding to requests from fund clients (whether in custody or depositary) by ensuring proactive relationship management.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Manage, maintain, and develop the overall client relationship. Respond to all requests from the client as well as service providers (management companies, domiciliary agents, central administrations, etc.).

  • Analyze and follow up on projects and other client requests. Coordinate various internal and external stakeholders.

  • Control and validate client instructions and ensure any necessary call-backs.

  • Verify fund transactions against fund regulations based on their legal structuring (Private Assets, UCITS).

  • Promote the bank's services and products, including cross-selling.

  • Represent the bank at various client events and others.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the financial market to stay informed of trends and developments.

  • Have knowledge of payments and direct clients in case of requests related to the trading room.

Required qualifications:

  • Holder of at least a Bac+2 with an economic, finance, or management orientation.

  • Professional experience of at least 5 years in the fund domain, ideally with a bank or a service provider in relation to the bank.

  • Have in-depth knowledge of the fund business, both UCITS and Private Assets, and how these are structured.

  • Have good knowledge of the functioning of payment transactions and stock market instruments.

  • Mastery of French and English languages; knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is an advantage.

Technical skills: The acquisition of these skills can, based on demonstrated learning predispositions, be carried out through the coaching and training proposed by the Bank during the job start and integration period.

  • Private Equity

  • Negotiations with clients or decision-makers (internal/external)

  • Understanding of client needs OR the market

Regulatory skills:

  • AML (KYC/KYT)

  • Regulatory framework around financial markets

IT and digital skills:

  • Video call / Video conference

  • Adopt a collaborative attitude with professional interlocutors

  • Be part of a client-centric approach making client satisfaction a priority

  • Show openness to change and adapt to the bank's evolution
