Relationship Manager - Division SME (m/f/n)
Your missions:
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships by ensuring the quality of client service.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Contact and visit clients
- Establish multi-product requests and collect the necessary documents from the client
- Develop an offer of financial products and services based on client needs
- Visit clients to consolidate and follow up on the commercial relationship
- Inform clients about new products or services
- Propose areas for improvement and evolution (products, relationship strategy, and client loyalty, etc.)
- Contact clients to resolve or clarify anomalies (delays, overruns, etc.)
- Proactively prospect for new clients
- Analyze and monitor quantitative and qualitative performance indicators
- Evaluate the financial health of clients by analyzing financial reports, cash flows, and financial ratios
- Negotiate financial conditions and interest rates
- Monitor the financial performance of clients and adjust strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Holder of a Master's degree with a Finance / Economics / Business Management orientation
- Professional experience of at least 5 years in the field of Corporate Banking
- Mastery of French and English languages; knowledge of the Luxembourgish language constitutes an advantage
Technical skills:
The acquisition of these skills can, based on demonstrated learning predispositions, be carried out through the coaching and training offered by the Bank during the start of the position and the integration period.
